Welcome to the VIVES webshop
Through the webshop, you as a VIVES student can order your study materials (both textbooks and course materials).
- Digital or printed course materials
- You can choose between a digital version or a printed version of the course. If you order a printed version, you’ll receive the digital version for free.
- Delivery of pick-up
- By mail to your home address (after payment of shipping costs).
- Pickup:
- Study materials on your campus.
- Textbooks at a Standard Boekhandel of your choice (at no extra cost).
- Chatbot & help
- The chatbot is the first point of contact for all questions regarding the webshop. The chat icon is located at the bottom right of the page If you cannot find a suitable answer there, you can also forward your question to our IT service desk via servicedesk@vives.be.
- Key considerations when ordering
- Log in with your r-number or c-number that you received by email after registering. Do not use the B number from the pre-registration process.
- Keep a credit- or debit card handy with sufficient funds in your account.
- If payment is made by your employer: make sure you have the correct employer details to hand.
